The VP of the company, Randall C. Laing, Sr., is a New Jersey State Licensed Master Plumber and is also knowledgeable in all phases of the construction industry. He is involved in business operations on a daily basis. The employees and staff of Chap, both in the field and  in the office, are professional and experienced. Most of them have been with Chap for ten or more years.
